    Munich’s citizens provided 150,000 refugees with a dignified welcome. Up to 1000 helpers were coordinated daily from a metro transport bus parked just around the Central Train Station. Ron Schickler’s online communication played a central role. New workflows distributed hundreds of people throughout the city, even at night, via Facebook and Twitter.
